Chelsea Hobbs at Opening Night of "CATS"
On Tuesday, March 9th, Chelsea Hobbs attended the opening night of CATS at the Pantages Theater. Chelsea tweeted, "@pantages for opening night of CATS! Spice girl Mel B is sitting behind me. I loved them circa... Elementary school."
